Butterfish, actually.

One more thing I won't eat. I put it on the same list as soft shell crabs. Blech.

Hmmm. And here I was guessing squid. Up in Toronto one year I had a plate of little baby squids, eyes and all. They were adorable, very chaosian, and delicious.
